 1.
Inspection
We completely
inspect the outside walls of your home for deterioration and suspect
areas.
|
 2.
Trenching
We trench around
your home. The trenching will help eliminate foundation decay and
prevent moisture intrusion once COOLWALL SUPERCOTE is applied.
|
 3.
Water/Sand Blast
Your entire house
is pressure washed to remove dirt, stains, loose paint, foreign
substances, mold, mildew and algae. Once cleaned, areas in need of
patching are revealed.
|
 4.
Repair/Patch
Deteriorated
areas are patched with specially formulated patching and bonding
materials to correct defects and create a sound and uniform surface
area.
|
 5.
Masking
All doors,
windows, landscaping and surface not to be coated are carefully
covered to prevent overspray and provide the most
professional-looking job possible.
|
 6. Primer
Coat
Our thick
COOLWALL® Textured or Smooth primer is applied that will provide an
armor-like protective surface to your home's exterior.
|
 7.
Coating Inspection
A careful
inspection for proper thickness and uniform appearance of the
primer.
|
 8. COOLWALL®
TEXCOTE COOLWALL SUPERCOTE finish is applied. This COOLWALL SUPERCOTE finish chemically bonds to the primer for a second line of defense
against the elements. It also adds color and helps to reflect the
sun's heat and harmful UV radiation.
|
 9. TRIMCOTE®
Once the surface
is coated, all trim areas are covered with a specially formulated,
highly protective trim paint.
